House make over in Hale, Altrincham
	The existing building was sound structurally but the house had a very hard, almost institutional feel externally. M T Architectural’s scheme was to extend and replan the house and give it an external ‘face lift’ introducing through coloured render, stone details, large overhanging roof & large expanses of glazing.

New build House in Hale, Altrincham (£700k build cost)
	A new 6 bedroom house with media and games room built as a speculative development aimed for the ‘footballers market’. The building was constructed in traditional loadbearing masonry and built in 10 months using a fixed lump sum contract. More Photographs available in our gallery

Willow Wood Hospice
	Willow wood Hospice site has been providing care for local people since its construction in 1997. Willow Wood Hospice provides the highest quality supportive and palliative care to patients, their families and carers during life limiting illnesses’. MT Architectural’s won the architectural design competition in 2009 to design and masterplan over £1m of extensions and refurbishments to the Hospice to allow them to improve the service already provided at the hospice. Work is due to complete in March 2012 (more coming photos soon!).

New Dental surgery in Cheshire.
	The property was previously used for offices and m t architectural obtained planning permission in 2010 to change the use to a dental surgery and extend the property. M t architectural designed and project managed the £400k refurbishment of this high quality dental surgery.
