m t architectural strive to create elegant and affordable design tailored to suit the clients brief.  We do not have a ‘house style’ as we believe in the right design to suit the brief.

We believe good design makes economical sense. m t architectural is a small family practice who can offer high quality design at an affordable price.

We take pride in our work and rely on recommendations for future work. A majority of our work comes from repeat clients and recommendations, which is testimony to the quality of service provided.

Our background

Mark has over 23 year experience in the architectural & construction industry working for numerous national architects in the process. When leaving school Mark decided to go the part time route with his education, preferring full time employment with day release college rather than full time education.

Working for architects from a young age linked with part time studies at the college of building- Manchester, this has given mark valuable practical and technical skills to carryout the duties of an experienced ‘Architectural Technologist’.  As well as being very creative, we understand the nuts & bolts of the construction industry and can be relied upon to turn the scheme into reality.

Mark is also a Full member of the Society of Architectural Illustrators & Faculty of Partywall Surveyors.. We produce hand drawn architectural illustrations, sketches & watercolours for other architects, developers and private clients, which are often required to assist the planning process.

Whilst the majority of our work is in the north west of England we do work throughout the UK and on overseas properties.
